We seek:

In the Faculty IV: School of Science and Technology, Dep. Chemie-Biologie / Physikalische Chemie 1, we are looking for a researcher  as of the 01.06.2025  at the following conditions:

  • 50% = 19,92 hours  
  • Pay grade 13  TV-L
  • limited  till 31.05.2028

Your tasks:

  • Research in the third-party funded project INJECTHEAL. This includes in particular:
  • Synthesis and characterization of amphiphilic block copolymers
  • Assembly of block copolymers into vesicles and their characterization
  • Encapsulation of active ingredients
  • Investigation of the release kinetics of active ingredients from vesicles
  • Experimental adaptation of measurement methods to the respective scientific question
  • Preparation of publications and presentation of results in English

Your profile:

  • Completed university degree (diploma or master's degree) in chemistry (or equivalent)
  • Practical experience in polymer synthesis and polymer characterization.
  • Knowledge and experience with modern characterization techniques such as NMR and FTIR spectroscopy, dynamic light scattering (DLS) and microscopy
  • Interest in interdisciplinary collaboration.
  • Very good English skills.
