We seek:
In Faculty IV: School of Science and Technology, Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, Digital Integrated Systems Research Group, we are looking for a research assistant with the possibility to a doctorate degree as soon as possible under the following conditions:
- 100% = 39,83 hours
- Pay grade13 TV-L
- limited for the duration of three years
Your tasks:
- Fundamental research in the field of digital integrated circuits and systems with an emphasis on design camouflage/security with traditional and machine learning methods for general circuits as well as application-specific circuits such as hardware accelerators for AI
- Support in teaching in the Bachelor/Master degree program in electrical engineering and computer science
- Supervision of students
- Participation in administrative tasks
Your profile:
- Good scientific university degree (diploma, Master of Science or equivalent) in the field of electrical engineering or computer science
- Good knowledge in the areas of digital circuits and systems as well as scientific methodology; Background knowledge in the field of machine learning is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of English
- Very good knowledge of German
- Interest in research in the field of digital integrated circuits and systems
